We formally protect referring agents through documented procedures, CRM tracking, and brokerage-level oversight.

When you refer a client:

  • You are recorded as the referring agent in our CRM and property file
  • We focus exclusively on management services
  • We do not run sales marketing campaigns to referred clients
  • If your client inquires about property value, selling strategy, or market timing, you are notified before valuation guidance is provided
  • When a listing opportunity arises, it is returned to the referring agent

Structured Referral Compensation Model

Calendar Year: January 1 – December 31

Referral compensation reflects the depth of partnership and annual referral volume.

The Towers Property Management Team builds long-term agent relationships through a transparent, calendar-based structure designed for clarity and predictability.

Tier 1 — Referral Partner

$300 per door

1–2 doors referred during the calendar year

Tier 2 — Preferred Partner

$350 per door

3–5 doors referred during the calendar year

Tier 3 — Strategic Partner

$400 per door

6+ doors referred during the calendar year

Payout Structure

  • Compensation is paid after the first full month’s rent is successfully collected
  • Tier level is determined at the time the referral is submitted
  • Tier resets January 1 each calendar year
  • No retroactive tier adjustments
  • This structure ensures transparency, consistency, and alignment for all referral partners.
