- If your client inquires about property value, selling strategy, or market timing, you are notified before valuation guidance is provided
- When a listing opportunity arises, it is returned to the referring agent

Referral compensation reflects the depth of partnership and annual referral volume.
The Towers Property Management Team builds long-term agent relationships through a transparent, calendar-based structure designed for clarity and predictability.
Tier 1 — Referral Partner
$300 per door
1–2 doors referred during the calendar year
Tier 2 — Preferred Partner
$350 per door
3–5 doors referred during the calendar year
Tier 3 — Strategic Partner
$400 per door
6+ doors referred during the calendar year
Payout Structure
- Compensation is paid after the first full month’s rent is successfully collected
- Tier level is determined at the time the referral is submitted
- Tier resets January 1 each calendar year
- No retroactive tier adjustments
